  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the lemon juice and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
