- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In a blender, combine the strawberries and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in the blended strawberries and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
- Let the mixture cool, then pour it into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls.
