- 1 sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup fruit glaze or apricot jam
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough and press it onto a pizza pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Brush with fruit glaze or apricot jam to add shine.
- Cut into slices and serve.
