1 cup rice
½ pound ground beef
4 slices turkey bacon
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 cup corn
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the beef, mixing well.
Once everything is heated through, assemble the bowls by adding rice, the beef mixture, diced tomatoes, cheese, crumbled bacon, cilantro, and avocado on top.
