A delicious and juicy recipe for teriyaki meatballs made with turkey bacon and beef, perfect for a quick meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. In the last 5 minutes, brush the meatballs with teriyaki sauce.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • These meatballs freeze well for future meals.
