  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. Add diced bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix in the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Warm the tortillas in another pan, then layer the egg mixture, cheese, and salsa on top.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and serve with extra salsa.
