White Chicken Enchiladas

Delight in these creamy white chicken enchiladas that are easy to make and bursting with flavor.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced green chilies to the chicken mixture.
