Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil to the bananas and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the brown sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
